uGCS telemetry sync tool allows to configure target server url.
This can be done when editing the client.properties file and changing these parameters:

upload.server.url=https\://xxx.dronelogbook.com/webservices/importFlight-ugcs.php
upload.server.login=your-DLB-login
upload.server.password=your-DLB-password
